Subic Metro Lanka Int’l Corp. began with a humble vision and has grown into a dynamic and diversified multinational enterprise. Our journey started in 1988, when our founder, Mr. AWM Azman, ventured into the vehicle buying and selling business. With dedication, integrity, and a deep understanding of the industry, he laid the foundation for what would become a global presence in the motor vehicle sector.

Supported by his brother Mr. Abul Azees, and later joined by his nephews Mr. Mohamed Huzrin and Mr. Mohamed Mashaf, the company steadily expanded its reach. What started as a small operation evolved into a respected group of companies spanning across Japan, Sri Lanka, Botswana, Uganda, and the Philippines.

A major milestone in our growth was the establishment of Metro Lanka Int’l Corp. in Sri Lanka in 1998, which rapidly became one of the country’s leading importers of used motor vehicles.

In 2001, we extended our operations to Botswana, launching Narita Motors, a trusted name in car sales. Our continuous commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has been the cornerstone of our global expansion.

In 2014, we diversified further into the used truck industry, under our flagship brand Subic Metro Lanka Int’l Corp.Based within the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) in the Philippines, we are now recognized as one of the top importers of used vehicles and trucks in the region.

With over 21 years of industry experience, our legacy is defined by growth, reliability, and international presence. From our beginnings in Sri Lanka to our operations across continents, our journey reflects our enduring passion for the automotive industry.
